Job summary

ALO in New York is seeking an Operations and Visual Manager to lead store operations and visual strategy. This role focuses on inventory management, labor planning and scheduling, and strong visual execution to keep the store customer-ready at all times.

Duties require constant movement on the sales floor and in back of house, with initiative to keep the store clean, safe, inviting and efficient. As a member of the store leadership team, you will partner with the General Manager to monitor

Qualifications

• Oversee operational and visual processes in the store.
• Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues.
• Champion strong visual standards for the salesfloor using performance data.
• Support sell-through management with accurate inventory counts and labor planning.
• Maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent the business in meetings with the General Manager.
• Monitor budgets, reporting and business data; include metrics and planning.
• Plan and communicate a future workflow to protect performance.
• Ensure the team embodies ALO’s mission and guiding principles.
• Lead the team through coaching, development and KPI-driven communication.
• Establish internal and external pipelines through recruitment.
