Job summary

ALO is seeking a Visual Lead to drive visual merchandising and store operations. The role partners with the Visual Manager and Operations to execute floor sets, manage shipments, and optimize product presentation.

You will plan changes, analyze payroll-driven needs, and lead by example to elevate guest experiences. As a full-time onsite leader, you’ll coach Associates, monitor KPIs, and adapt to peak periods including weekends and holiday seasons.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of client-centric sales experience.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results.

Responsibilities

• Manage store visual merchandising and floor sets.
• Oversee shipments, receiving, and stocking tasks.
• Plan visual floor changes with management using payroll data.
• Lead by example and coach Associates; support guest experience.
• Collaborate with Operations & Visual Manager on budgets and performance metrics.
