Job summary

ALO seeks an Operations and Visual Leader to steer store operations and visual presentation, ensuring the store is customer-ready. The role focuses on inventory management, labor planning, scheduling, and executing visual standards on the sales floor.

You will work with the General Manager to monitor budgets and sales metrics, while guiding the Operations and Visual team through coaching, recruitment, and succession planning to uphold ALO's guiding principles.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience.
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Agile with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a changing environment
• Entrepreneurial mindset with independent work ethic
• Aligns with and embodies ALO's Guiding Principles
• Proof of right to live and work in country from start of employment

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support execution of operational and visual processes.
• Investigate inventory accuracy issues and partner with General Manager to fix gaps.
• Champion strong visual standards for the salesfloor using business performance data.
• Support sell-through management by ensuring inventory counts accuracy and coordinating labor hours.
• Ensure a safe work environment and efficient operation.
• Represent the business in meetings and manage budget, reporting and other data.
• Plan future workflow and business needs to protect optimal performance.
• Lead and coach the Operations and Visual team; develop talent and recruitment strategies.
