Job summary

Five Below is seeking an energetic leader to oversee daily store operations and deliver WOW customer service. You will train crew, supervise associates, handle opening/closing, and act as Manager on Duty as needed.

Qualifications include a High School Graduate or equivalent, 1 year of management experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask with flexibility for day/evening/weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members are Wowing the Customer through personal contact with customers and trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates, ensuring they perform duties effectively and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for fast placement on the sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed, taking full responsibility for store operations, staff management, and customer service.
• Manage opening/closing processes, secure cash, lock doors, set alarms, and ensure smooth daily operations.
