Job summary

Five Below Inc. is seeking a motivated manager-in-training to lead crew members and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will oversee daily operations, assist with stocking, and train associates to follow the Five Below Way and store policies.

The role requires the ability to manage cash, open/close procedures, and a flexible schedule including day/evening/weekend shifts. Compensation starts at $15.50 hourly with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; college experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay composed under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers with fast, friendly checkout experiences.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure service quality.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking and stocking for fast placement on floors.
• Act as Manager on Duty, handling store operations and staff issues.
• Open/close the store, secure cash, and maintain alarm systems.
