CVS Health Corporation is seeking an Operations Supervisor to support the Store Management team in planning and driving store execution and performance. You will lead the store when managers are offsite, ensuring open/close procedures are completed and operations run smoothly.

You will supervise crews, coach colleagues and ensure customer privacy while promoting a high standard of service and store presentation across daily merchandising and promotions.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability and analytical skills.
• Advanced communication and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights and weekends.
