Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Supervisor to support the Store Management team in planning and driving store execution and performance, while building customer loyalty through excellent service. When no manager is onsite, the Supervisor leads the store and staff and ensures all opening/closing procedures are completed.

The role emphasizes supervision, communication, and merchandising responsibilities to maintain a smooth-running store and strong customer experience.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills, supervision, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Support CVS Store Management in planning and driving store execution and performance.
• Lead the store and supervisory staff when no manager is onsite; ensure opening and closing procedures are completed.
• Supervise the store crew through assigning, directing and following up of all activities.
