Job summary

CVS Health Corporation, a leading health solutions company, seeks an Operations Supervisor to support store management in planning and driving store execution and customer experience. You will lead the store in the absence of a manager, oversee opening/closing, and coordinate staff to ensure smooth operations.

You will supervise crews, promote excellent service, manage merchandise presentation, and coach colleagues while protecting confidentiality and maintaining a safe, compliant store

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills, supervision, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Management: Work with store management and crews, supervise the store’s crew and activities.
• Customer Service: Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints; promote CVS customer service culture; handle customer relations per policy.
• Provide colleagues personalized customer service feedback and coaching.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Merchandise/Presentation: Price merchandise, stock shelves, support planning and displays, inventory weekly/seasonal merchandise.
