Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking an Operations Supervisor to support the Store Management team in planning and driving store execution and performance. You will lead the store in the absence of a manager, ensure opening/closing procedures are completed, and uphold a focus on customer service.

You will supervise crews, coordinate merchandising and price adjustments, and promote a positive CVS customer service culture while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning and analytical skills required.
• Advanced communication and supervision/influencing skills.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts.
• Experience as a retail supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Lead store management and supervise crews; direct and follow up on activities.
• Assist customers, promote CVS customer service culture and handle inquiries.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves and manage weekly/promotional displays and inventories.
