Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking an Operations Supervisor to support store management, drive execution and performance, and build customer loyalty through excellent service. When no manager is onsite, you lead the store and supervise staff, ensuring opening/closing procedures are completed and operations run smoothly.

The role emphasizes customer service, leadership, merchandising, and flexible full-time scheduling, with emphasis on early hours, overnights, and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills, supervision, and influencing skills.
• Experience as a retail supervisor (preferred).
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Work effectively with store management and store crews.
• Supervise the store's crew through assigning, directing and following up of all activities.
• Effectively communicate information both to and from store management and crews.
• Assist customers with their questions, problems and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture. (Greet, offer help, and thank).
• Handle all customer relations issues in accordance with company policy and promote a positive shopping experience for all CVS customers.
• Provide colleagues personalized customer service feedback and coaching.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Price merchandise.
• Stock shelves.
• Support the planning, execute the displays, sign and inventory of weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise.
• Support the planning, execute the display and maintenance of off-shelf merchandise.
