Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking an Assistant Store Manager (ASM) to assist the general manager with day-to-day store operations, while adhering to company policies and procedures. This role emphasizes delivering guest service, maintaining store standards, and supporting cash handling, inventory control, and administrative tasks.

You will supervise hourly staff, train team members, supervise cash handling, banking, invoicing, payroll and maintain safe, clean facilities in line with safety

Qualifications

• 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Ability to communicate, count, read, and write accurately.
• Must be able to perform basic computer functions.

Responsibilities

• Complete required daily accounting paperwork and transmit by deadline.
• Supervise, develop, train and discipline hourly employees.
• Monitor cash handling and inventory; assist in investigations of variances.
• Maintain business records and cashier accountability sheets.
• Perform banking, invoicing, payroll, and other admin duties as requested.
• Manage cash deposits and change orders.
• Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and brand standards.
• Coordinate gasoline deliveries and participates in promotions.
• Provide guest service and support company policies.
