Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking an Assistant Store Manager (ASM) to assist the general manager in daily store operations. You will supervise hourly staff, ensure cash handling and inventory procedures are followed, and support outreach and promotional initiatives.

Responsibilities include banking, invoicing, payroll, and other admin duties while maintaining safety, cleanliness, and adherence to company policies. Flexibility with hours, including weekends and holidays, is required.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of supervisory experience.
• Ability to communicate, count, read and write accurately.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Ability to work in intermittent temperatures (outdoor, cooler, etc).

Responsibilities

• Assist the general manager with day-to-day store operations.
• Supervise, develop, train and discipline non-exempt employees; ensure operational standards.
• Monitor cash handling, inventory and cashier accountability; perform banking, invoicing, payroll and admin duties as requested.
• Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies; support promotional initiatives.
