Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking an Assistant Store Manager (ASM) to help oversee daily store operations alongside the General Manager. You will supervise hourly staff, manage cash handling, inventory, and accounting tasks, and ensure policy adherence and a safe, clean environment.

The role requires 1–2 years of supervisory experience, flexible hours, and reliable transportation. Compensation aligns with pay range, with benefits including health coverage and retirement match.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience.
• Ability to communicate, count, read and write accurately.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing day-to-day store operations.
• Supervise, train and discipline hourly employees.
• Monitor cash handling and inventory.
• Handle banking, invoicing, payroll, and administrative duties.
• Maintain store standards and safety guidelines.
• Promote guest service and promotional initiatives.
