Job summary

Responsibilities

• Elevate in-store experience by modeling CEL behaviors and coaching associates to achieve store goals and KPI.
• Respond to customer and associate requests with urgency.
• Maintain store standards and complete daily open/close tasks.
• Improve metrics by tracking daily/weekly/monthly progress.
• Coordinate inventory-related activities including freight receipt and product placement.
• Coordinate omni activities in store including Charge/Send and BOPIS.
• Ensure store is clean, safe, and compliant with policies.
