Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Supervisor to support the store management team in planning and driving store execution. You will lead staff during manager absence, ensure smooth operations and complete opening/closing procedures, while upholding CVS customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations in absence of manager to ensure opening and closing procedures are completed.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to store staff and customers.
• Assist in merchandising, stock management and presentation of weekly, promotional, and seasonal items.
