CVS Health is seeking an Operations Supervisor to join the store leadership team and drive daily execution, customer service and merchandising. You’ll supervise staff when managers are offsite and ensure opening and closing procedures are completed accurately and on time.

• Retail supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Management: Work effectively with store management and crews; supervise the store’s crew through assigning, directing and following up of all activities; communicate information to and from store management and crews.
• Customer Service: Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints; promote CVS customer service culture; handle customer relations per policy and ensure a positive shopping experience; provide colleagues feedback and coaching; maintain confidentiality.
• Merchandise/Presentation: Price merchandise; stock shelves; plan and execute displays and weekly promotions; plan and maintain off-shelf merchandise.
