CVS Health Corporation is seeking an Operations Supervisor to support store management, drive store execution and customer loyalty through excellent service. When no manager is onsite, you lead the store and supervisory staff, ensure opening/closing procedures, and uphold CVS policies.

You will manage staff, assist customers, and coordinate merchandising and presentation to maintain a welcoming shopping environment.

Qualificações

• Requires strong logical reasoning, data-driven thinking and basic computer skills.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, supervise staff and influence outcomes.
• Ability to work a full-time, flexible schedule including mornings, nights and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Lead store operations when a manager is not on site, ensuring opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Partner with store management to drive customer satisfaction and store performance.
• Oversee merchandising, pricing and presentation of weekly and promotional merchandise.
