CVS Health Corporation is seeking an Operations Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team in planning and driving store execution and performance. This role leads the store when no manager is onsite, ensuring opening/closing procedures are completed and operations run smoothly.

You will supervise crews, coach staff, handle customer questions and complaints, and ensure a positive shopping experience while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifikationen

• Advanced communication skills, supervision, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, and overtime as needed.

Aufgaben

• Management: supervise store crews and communicate with store management and crews.
• Customer Service: assist customers, promote CVS customer service culture, handle customer relations, coach colleagues, maintain confidentiality.
• Merchandise/Presentation: price merchandise, stock shelves, plan and execute displays and inventory of weekly and promotional merchandise.
