Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead store execution and customer service as part of the CVS/pharmacy team. The role covers when the manager is not onsite, ensuring smooth operations and completing opening/closing procedures.

Responsibilities include supervising crews, maintaining communications with management, and promoting a positive shopping experience while protecting confidentiality and coordinating merchandising efforts.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a full‑time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Manage and work with store management and crews.
• Supervise the store’s crew through assigning, directing and following up of all activities.
• Effectively communicate information to and from store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Handle customer relations issues per company policy and promote a positive shopping experience.
