Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Supervisor to support the Store Management team in planning and driving store execution and performance, while building customer loyalty through excellent service. When no manager is onsite, this leader runs the store and supervises staff, ensuring opening and closing procedures are completed.

The role emphasizes supervision, communication, and a strong customer-service mindset, with a full-time schedule including early mornings, overnights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead store management and staff to drive store execution.
• Supervise the store's crew through directing and following up of all activities.
• Communicate information to and from store management and crews.
• Provide colleagues personalized customer service feedback and coaching.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and maintain displays.
• Plan, execute displays and inventory for weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise.
• Maintain off-shelf merchandise displays.
