CVS Health is seeking an Operations Supervisor to support the Store Management team in planning and driving store execution and performance. You will lead when no manager is onsite, ensure opening/closing procedures are completed, and promote a high standard of customer care at CVS/pharmacy.

You will supervise the crew, communicate effectively with management and staff, and maintain accurate merchandising and presentation across weekly, promotional, and seasonal cycles.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning, analytical skills, and computer skills required.
• Advanced communication, supervision, and influencing abilities.
• Must be able to work full-time with a flexible schedule including mornings, overnights, weekends.

Responsabilités

• Lead store operations to ensure smooth execution.
• Support store management and crews; mentor and supervise staff.
