Job summary

CVS Health Corporation seeks an Operations Supervisor to support store management, drive store execution, and build customer loyalty through top-notch service. When managers are absent, this role leads the store and supervises staff, ensuring opening and closing procedures are completed accurately.

Responsibilities include supervising crews, mentoring colleagues, maintaining confidentiality, and supporting merchandising, pricing, and stock management to deliver a positive CVS customer experience

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning and analytical skills required.
• Advanced communication, supervision, and influencing abilities.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, overnights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations when the manager is not onsite.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer issues in line with policy.
• Supervise the store crew and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Merchandise presentation, stock management, and weekly displays.
