Living Spaces is seeking a Store Operations Lead to ensure consistent store execution and superior customer experience. The role emphasizes standardized processes, accurate pricing, inventory integrity, and timely order fulfillment.

Responsibilities include cash handling, PDAs as Manager on Duty when assigned, and problem-solving to maintain customer satisfaction. Strong Excel/Tableau skills and 3 years of retail experience are preferred. Full-time with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of retail experience in a direct customer interactive environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Office programs; Tableau preferred.
• High-volume retail experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute and validate daily store operations Standard Work to ensure compliance.
• Process cash handling, complex transactions, and post-sale orders with accuracy.
• Serve as Manager on Duty when assigned, handling discounts and system overrides as per policy.
• Resolve customer concerns using problem-solving and de-escalation techniques.
• Maintain accurate inventory via receiving, storage, cycle counts, transfers, and order fulfillment.
• Collaborate with merchandising on floor resets, product placement, and signage.
• Perform daily operational reporting to identify errors and support corrective action.
• Provide sales floor support during high-traffic periods to maintain service standards.
