CubeSmart Self-Storage in Dearborn, MI is seeking a Store Operations Associate to help deliver exceptional customer service and maintain the facility. You will develop customer relationships by identifying storage needs, process leasing and payments, and meet monthly sales goals in a friendly, professional environment.

You'll perform daily tasks such as property walks, lock checks, unit showings, store merchandising, and basic maintenance to keep the facility clean and safe.

Qualifications

• Friendliness and a passion for helping people.
• Experience delivering high-quality customer service.
• Self-driven with strong operational focus.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office.
• Ability to work Saturdays.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Some locations may require Sunday hours.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships by identifying storage needs and offering solutions.
• Interact face-to-face, provide excellent service, and build rapport.
• Meet monthly sales goals and rental metrics.
• Walk the property daily for duties like lock checks and unit showings.
• Rent units, sell store merchandise, manage leasing & payments via POS.
• Complete daily bank deposits and follow up on late payments.
• Maintain a clean, safe facility meeting company guidelines.
