Job summary

CubeSmart Self-Storage is seeking a Store Operations Associate to manage and maintain stores within your district. You will develop customer relationships, deliver standout service, and meet monthly sales goals while performing daily tasks such as lock checks and showing units.

The role also covers property maintenance: cleaning units and grounds, opening/closing doors, and keeping facilities neat and safe.

Qualifications

• Positive, outgoing personality with a passion for helping people.
• Experience delivering high-quality customer service to a diverse market.
• Self-driven with strong operational focus.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office.
• You must have the ability to work Saturdays.
• Access to a personal vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and up-to-date insurance are required.
• While performing duties, you will stand, walk, and perform other physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Developing customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing appropriate solutions.
• Interacting face to face with customers, providing excellent service, and building rapport.
• Meeting monthly sales goals and renting self-storage units, selling store merchandise, and processing payments via POS.
• Walking the property to perform daily operational tasks including lock checks and showing units.
• Working independently and as part of a team to manage leasing, payments, and late payment follow-ups.
