Job summary

CubeSmart Self-Storage is seeking a Store Operations Associate to oversee customer service and property maintenance within the district. You will build relationships, meet sales targets, and handle leasing, payments, and store tasks on a day-to-day basis.

You will walk the property daily, perform lock checks, and ensure a clean, safe facility while supporting a team-focused environment with growth opportunities across the U.S.

Qualifications

• Positive, outgoing personality with a passion for helping people.
• Experience delivering high-quality customer service to diverse customers.
• Self-driven mindset with strong operational focus.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office products.
• Ability to work Saturdays and have a valid driver’s license with insurance.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and delivering a standout experience.
• Interact face to face with customers, provide excellent service, and meet monthly sales goals.
• Walk the property for daily tasks, including lock checks and showing units.
• Rent units, sell store merchandise, manage leasing, process payments via POS, and perform daily deposits.
• Maintain the facility: clean restrooms, landscaping, and tidy offices; safety and cleanliness standards.
