Job summary

CubeSmart Self-Storage is seeking a Store Operations Associate to manage customer interactions and store maintenance. You will build customer relationships, rent storage units, process payments, and support daily operations to ensure a high-quality experience for our customers across the district.

The role includes performing basic property upkeep, ensuring safety, and delivering excellent service while meeting sales goals and maintaining a well-organized facility.

Qualifications

• Positive, outgoing personality with a passion for helping people.
• Experience delivering high-quality customer service to diverse customers.
• Self-driven with strong operational focus.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office.
• Ability to work Saturdays.
• Access to a personal vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and up-to-date insurance.
• Able to stand/sit/crouch/bend/climb as needed.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing solutions.
• Interact face-to-face with customers and deliver excellent service.
• Meet monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walk the property to perform daily tasks including lock checks and showing units.
• Rent units, sell store merchandise, manage leasing, accept payments via POS, complete deposits, and follow up on late payments.
• Maintain a clean and safe storage facility per company guidelines.
