CubeSmart Self-Storage is seeking a customer-focused teammate to manage stores within the district. You will engage with customers, identify storage needs, and provide solutions while delivering a standout experience.

You will handle leasing, payments, and daily operations, including security checks and unit showings. A reliable vehicle and valid license are required; weekend work may be needed.

Qualifications

• Positive, outgoing personality with a passion for helping people.
• Experience delivering high quality customer service.
• Self-driven mindset with strong operational focus.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office products.
• Ability to work Saturdays.
• Access to a personal vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and up-to-date insurance.
• While performing duties, you may stand, kneel, crawl, and balance on a ladder.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Developing customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing solutions while delivering a standout customer experience.
• Interacting face to face with customers, providing excellent service, and building rapport.
• Meeting monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walking the property to perform daily operational tasks including lock checks and showing units to customers.
• Renting self-storage units, selling store merchandise, managing the leasing process, accepting payments via POS, completing daily deposits, and following up on late payments.
