Job summary

CubeSmart Self-Storage is seeking a Store Operations Associate to manage and maintain stores within the district. You will build customer relationships, handle leasing, payments and daily operations while ensuring a safe, clean facility.

You will work primarily daytime hours with potential Sundays off, enjoy PTO, and have access to a 401(k) match and employer health savings contributions. Join a growing team across the U.S.

Qualifications

• Positive and outgoing personality dedicated to helping people.
• Experience delivering high quality customer service to a diverse market.
• Self-driven with strong operational focus.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office.
• You must be able to work Saturdays.
• Must have a valid driver's license and current insurance.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and offering solutions.
• Interact face to face with customers and deliver excellent service.
• Meet monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walk the property to perform daily operational tasks including lock checks and unit showings.
• Rent units, sell merchandise, manage the leasing process, and process payments via POS.
• Complete daily bank deposits and follow up on late payments.
