Job summary

CubeSmart Self-Storage is hiring for a Store Operations Associate. You will develop customer relationships, identify needs, and provide storage solutions while delivering a standout customer experience.

The role includes leasing units, selling store merchandise, and handling payments with our POS system. You will also perform daily property tasks, maintain a clean facility, and support maintenance activities to ensure safety and order across your district.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high quality customer service to diverse customers.
• Strong operational focus and reliability.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing solutions.
• Interact face to face with customers and deliver excellent service.
• Meet monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walk the property to perform daily tasks, lock checks, show units.
• Manage leasing process, payments at POS, and daily deposits.
