CubeSmart is seeking a Store Operations Associate to oversee stores within a district in the United States. The role combines customer service with property maintenance, ensuring a standout customer experience and smooth daily operations.

You will conduct property walks, support leasing and payments, and uphold safety and cleanliness standards across locations. This is a daytime, on-site role with growth potential within the company.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high quality customer service to diverse customers.
• Self-driven mindset with strong operational focus.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office products.
• Ability to work Saturdays and hold a valid driver’s license with insurance.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing solutions.
• Interact face to face with customers and deliver excellent service.
• Meet monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Conduct daily property walks and perform routine tasks (lock checks, unit showings).
• Manage leasing, payments via POS, and daily banking deposits.
