CubeSmart Self-Storage is looking for a Store Operations Associate to manage stores within your district, delivering standout customer service and maintaining facilities.

You will develop customer relationships, handle leasing, payments, and daily maintenance while meeting sales goals and ensuring safety and cleanliness across properties. This role blends front-line service with hands-on operations to support local communities.

Qualifications

• Positive and outgoing personality with a passion for helping people.
• Experience delivering high quality customer service to diverse customers.
• Self-driven mindset with strong operational focus.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office products.
• Ability to work Saturdays.
• Access to a personal vehicle, valid license, and insurance.
• Physical ability to perform duties including standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing solutions while delivering a standout customer experience.
• Interact face to face with customers, provide excellent service, and build rapport.
• Meet monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walk the property to perform daily operational tasks including lock checks and showing units to customers.
• Rent self-storage units, manage the leasing process, accept payments using POS, and make daily deposits.
