Job summary

CubeSmart Self-Storage is hiring for a Store Operations Associate to manage stores within your district. You’ll balance customer service with property maintenance, build relationships, and meet monthly sales goals.

The role includes daily tasks such as leasing units, processing payments, and performing routine maintenance while ensuring a safe, clean facility and an excellent customer experience.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused with ability to build relationships.
• Experience delivering high-quality service to diverse customers.
• Self-driven with strong operational focus.
• Must work Saturdays and have a valid driver’s license with insurance.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing solutions.
• Interact with customers face-to-face, deliver excellent service and build rapport.
• Meet monthly sales goals and walk the property for daily tasks.
• Rent units, manage leasing, collect payments via POS, and perform daily deposits.
• Provide courtesy calls regarding late payments.
