Job summary

CubeSmart Self-Storage is seeking a Store Operations Associate to manage customer relationships, leasing, and daily store tasks. You will interact with customers, show units, process payments, and contribute to sales targets.

The role emphasizes service quality, reliability, and a proactive approach to store maintenance and safety. The position requires weekend availability, physical activity, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Positive and outgoing personality with a passion for helping people.
• Experience delivering high quality customer service to a diverse customer base.
• Ability to work Saturdays.
• Access to a personal vehicle and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing solutions.
• Interact face to face with customers and deliver excellent service while building rapport.
• Meet monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Perform daily property tasks including lock checks and showing units to customers.
• Rent units, manage leasing, accept payments via POS, and complete daily deposits.
