CubeSmart Self-Storage is seeking a Store Operations Associate in Florida to manage and maintain stores within your district, delivering exceptional customer service and handling leasing, payments, and daily tasks.

The role emphasizes a friendly, proactive approach, with duties including property walks, POS transactions, and daily maintenance. Expect daytime hours with potential Sundays off and opportunities to grow across the U.S.

Qualifications

• Positive and outgoing personality with a passion for helping people.
• Experience delivering high-quality customer service to a diverse customer base.
• Self-driven with strong operational focus.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office products.
• Ability to work Saturdays.
• Access to a personal vehicle, valid driver's license, and insurance.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb ladders as required.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing solutions while delivering a standout customer experience.
• Interact face to face with customers, provide excellent service, and build rapport.
• Meet monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walk the property to perform daily operational tasks including lock checks and show units to customers.
• Rent units, sell store merchandise, manage leasing, process payments via POS, and handle daily deposits.
