Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing appropriate solutions while delivering a standout customer experience.
• Interact face-to-face with customers, providing excellent service, and building rapport.
• Meet monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walk the property to perform daily operational tasks including lock checks and showing units to customers.
• Work both independently and on a team renting self-storage units, selling store merchandise, managing the leasing process, accepting payments via POS, completing daily bank deposits, and making courtesy calls regarding late payments.
