Job summary

CubeSmart Self-Storage in Houston is seeking a Store Operations Associate to deliver outstanding customer service, lease units, and manage daily store operations. You will play a key role in building customer relationships and meeting sales targets while maintaining a clean and safe facility.

The role includes duties across customer service and property maintenance, with daily use of the POS system and payments processing.

Qualifications

• Positive, outgoing personality with a passion for helping people.
• Experience delivering high-quality customer service to diverse customers.
• Must be able to work Saturdays and have access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships by identifying storage needs and delivering solutions while delivering a standout customer experience.
• Interacting face to face with customers, providing excellent service, and building rapport.
• Meeting monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walking the property to perform daily operational tasks including lock checks and showing units to customers.
• Operating the POS system, processing payments, completing daily deposits, and making courtesy calls about late payments.
• Maintaining the property: cleaning units, store, restrooms, and landscaping to meet company guidelines.
