Job summary

Burlington Stores in Houston is seeking an Operations Service Manager to lead store operations and coach a team of Cashiers and Customer Service Supervisors. You will drive excellent customer service, safeguard company assets, and oversee the overall store workflow.

You will also manage the receiving process, ensure inventory accuracy, and act as Manager on Duty. This role requires flexibility and collaboration with district and regional leadership to achieve business results.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Retail Management or Store Operations experience in a large retail setting.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move boxes up to 40 lbs and handle inventory processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead Customer Service and Cashier teams, ensure policy compliance and smooth register flow.
• Oversee receiving processes, inventory accuracy, and transfers/damages/chargebacks.
• Act as Manager on Duty, support staffing, training, and succession planning.
• Coordinate with District/Regional teams to meet store performance targets.
