Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking an Operations Service Manager to lead Customer Service and Cashier teams, driving policy compliance, safekeeping of company funds, and overseeing store operations.

You will role‑model Burlington’s values and build strong teams to deliver top‑level service. You will coach Supervisors, coordinate the receiving process, ensure inventory accuracy, and act as MOD while supporting staffing, interviewing, training and succession planning across the store.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Retail Management or Store Operations experience
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays
• Experience utilizing scheduling and reporting computer software

Responsibilities

• Lead the Customer Service and Cashier teams, driving compliance to company policies and standards, safekeeping of company funds and property, asset protection, sales, and record keeping procedures.
• Provide guidance to the Customer Service Supervisors to ensure they meet customer service expectations and there is smooth customer flow at the registers.
• Manage the overall execution of operations and receiving SOPS; lead the receiving process and inventory accuracy with the Receiving Supervisor.
• Act as the Manager on Duty (MOD) and support staffing, sourcing, interviewing, training, and succession planning.
