Job summary

You will coach cashiers and customer service supervisors, oversee receiving, and ensure processes align with company standards and shrink controls. This role requires 3+ years in retail management, flexibility for early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays, plus ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Retail Management or Store Operations experience.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 lbs.
• Experience utilizing scheduling and reporting computer software.

Responsibilities

• Lead Customer Service and Cashier teams, ensuring policy compliance, safekeeping of funds, asset protection, sales, and record keeping.
• Guide Customer Service Supervisors to meet customer service expectations and smooth register flow.
• Manage overall execution of operations and receiving SOPs.
• Oversee the receiving process including transfers, debits, damages, and chargebacks with Receiving Supervisor.
• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD); lead by example for customers and associates, driving store results.
• Support Store Manager in staffing, sourcing, interviewing, training, and succession planning.
• Communicate effectively with District and Regional Management teams.
