Job summary

Burlington Stores in Austin, TX is seeking an Operations Service Manager to lead store operations and develop a high-performing team of Cashiers and Customer Service Supervisors. Qualifications

• 3+ years of Retail Management or Store Operations in a large retail environment.
• Experience coaching and developing a team of associates and supervisors.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced store setting.
• Experience with scheduling and reporting software.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Customer Service and Cashier teams, ensuring policy compliance, asset protection, and proper record keeping.
• Provide guidance to Supervisors to maintain smooth customer flow at registers.
• Oversee the receiving and inventory processes, including transfers, debits, damages, and chargebacks.
• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) to model leadership and drive store results.
• Support Store Manager with staffing, interviewing, training, and succession planning.
