Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Retail Management or Store Operations experience in off-price, big-box, or multi-unit retail.
• Experience developing teams and leading customer service and cashiers.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead Customer Service and Cashier teams; ensure policy compliance and asset protection.
• Oversee receiving, transfers, damages, chargebacks; partner with Receiving Supervisor.
• Act as Manager on Duty; support staffing, training, and succession planning.
