Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking an Operations Service Manager to lead store operations, coach teams, and uphold company standards. You will drive customer service excellence, oversee cashiers and receiving teams, and partner with leadership to deliver results.

The role requires 3+ years in retail management, willingness to work flexible hours, and experience with scheduling software. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Retail Management or Store Operations experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule; including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience utilizing scheduling and reporting software.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Customer Service and Cashier teams, driving compliance to company policies and standards, safekeeping of funds and property.
• Manage the overall execution of operations and receiving SOPs, including receiving transfers, debits, damages, and chargebacks.
• Act as the Manager on Duty (MOD) and support Store Manager with staffing, sourcing, interviewing and training.
