Qualifications

• 3+ years of Retail Management or Store Operations experience in a multi-unit retail setting.
• Flexible schedule required: early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move boxes up to 40 lbs.
• Experience using scheduling and reporting software.

Responsibilities

• Lead Customer Service and Cashier teams to meet policy standards and ensure smooth customer flow.
• Oversee operations and receiving processes, including transfers, debits, damages and chargebacks.
• Act as Manager on Duty to drive results and model company values.
• Support staffing, sourcing, training and succession planning with leadership across store operations.
