Job summary

Accurate Personnel LLC is seeking a Store Support Manager to enhance operational performance across multiple locations by monitoring service levels, analyzing KPIs, and coordinating issue resolution between field operations, logistics, warehousing, inventory control, and customer support teams.

The role leverages data and reporting tools to identify opportunities for improvement, drive accountability, and support company-wide objectives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to analyze operational data and translate findings.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivots and formulas.
• Experience with warehouse/transport systems or related software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and track operational performance metrics across multiple locations.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Assist in reviewing service disruptions, delivery issues, inventory challenges, capacity constraints, and other concerns.
• Prepare recurring reports for leadership and elevate critical issues requiring immediate attention.
• Track operational metrics related to service levels, capacities, discrepancies, customer concerns, and support center activities.
• Utilize existing reporting tools and systems to gather, analyze, and communicate performance data.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance service, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.
• Partner with Logistics, Warehousing, Inventory Control, Operations, and Project Management teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage daily Store Support activities, ensuring open requests, escalations, and action items are addressed promptly.
• Facilitate communication between operational teams and support functions to resolve issues and maintain service standards.
• Maintain accurate records, reporting, and follow-up documentation related to operational concerns and resolutions.
• Support leadership with special projects, operational analysis, and performance improvement initiatives as assigned.
