Job summary

Ross Stores is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead daily operations in a retail environment. You will supervise teams, drive merchandising execution, and ensure excellent customer service while maintaining payroll and scheduling discipline.

With a focus on safety, policy compliance, and brand standards, you will manage performance, train Associates, and support store goals in a fast-paced off-price retail setting.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of Store or Assistant Store Manager experience in a retail environment.
• Ability to supervise, motivate and communicate positively to Store Associates at all levels.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize duties.
• English fluency required.

Responsibilities

• Leads all Company Best Practices and maximizes productivity by minimizing steps and touches.
• Assists in the analysis of Store reports to evaluate controllable expenses and overall Store performance.
• Communicates variances to Company standards to the Store Manager.
• Ensures scheduling of Associates to meet business objectives.
• Maintains a safe and compliant store environment.
• Supervises and coaches Store Associates at the registers, service desk and sales floor.
