Zusammenfassung

Ross Stores, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Store Manager to lead daily operations across a busy retail location. You will supervise Associates, manage scheduling, and ensure compliance with company standards while delivering outstanding customer service.

The role emphasizes efficient merchandise presentation, expense control, safety, and staff development, with a strong focus on teamwork and executing Ross best practices.

Qualifikationen

Two or more years of Store or Assistant Store Manager experience.
Ability to supervise, motivate and communicate positively to Store Associates at all levels.
Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize those tasks, give direction and follow through to completion.
Ability to set priorities and exercise independent judgment.
Maintain high quality of Customer service.
Fluency in English.
Ability to work evenings and weekends.
Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.

Aufgaben

Lead store operations in the absence of the Store Manager.
Schedule Associates to meet business objectives.
Ensure compliance with state, local and federal regulations.
Monitor payroll hours to plan and control expenses.
Provide customer service and coaching in merchandising, service, and store standards.
Maintain store brand and housekeeping to reflect Ross standards.
