Job summary

Ross Stores is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead all aspects of store operations, drive sales and maintain a friendly, easy-to-shop environment. You will recruit and develop leadership, schedule associates, and manage payroll and expense control while ensuring compliance with company standards.

The role requires five+ years of store management experience, exceptional customer service, and the ability to lead, coach and communicate across all levels, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of Store management experience in a retail environment.
• Must maintain a high level of Customer service.
• Fluency in English.
• Must exercise independent judgement and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of store operations to meet company standards and drive sales and profit.
• Recruit, train and develop Assistant Store Manager, Area Supervisors and Retail Associates.
• Manage stockroom, front end and sales floor to ensure timely replenishment and proper merchandise presentation.
• Ensure compliance with state, local and federal regulations and company policies.
