Job summary

Ross Stores, Inc. seeks an experienced Store Manager to lead the operations of a Ross store, overseeing the sales floor, stockroom, and front end to achieve sales and profit goals. You will drive customer service, merchandising standards, and a welcoming shopping environment.

You will recruit, train and develop associates, optimize staff scheduling, manage payroll processes, and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations while upholding the brand and store standards.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of store management experience in a retail environment.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to lead, manage, motivate and communicate positively to store associates at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Leads all Store operations to ensure Company standards and best practices are met.
• Staffs, trains and develops leadership team and associates.
• Manages the Stockroom, Front End, and Sales Floor to ensure timely merchandising and expense control.
• Oversees payroll administration, scheduling, and compliance.
• Ensures compliance with State, Local and Federal regulations.
