Ross Stores is seeking a Store Manager to lead all aspects of store operations, delivering the company’s standards and a friendly, easy-to-shop environment while driving sales and profitability.

You will recruit, train and develop a leadership team, manage payroll and scheduling, monitor performance against budgets, ensure compliance with policies, and uphold safety, customer service, and the Ross brand in a fast-paced, team‑oriented retail setting.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of Store management experience.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to train and develop associates.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Strong leadership and communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations to meet standards and maximize productivity.
• Schedule staff and manage payroll and practices.
• Recruit, train and develop the store leadership team.
• Monitor store reports to evaluate performance and control expenses.
